Heartland also offers health education to their clients
families with emphasis rehabilitation.
Heartland Rehabilitation Agencies are accredited through the Joint Commission of Accreditation of
Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). This process is voluntary and costly.

coordinate patient care through the following insurance programs:
